Is there internet access in the guest rooms?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and the lobby.
How many guests can stay in one room?
Some rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. Guests aged 13 and above are counted as adults.
Can the twin beds be joined together?
We can accommodate the joining of twin beds upon request at the time of booking.
However, please note that the JAPANESE ROOM "SAWA" features traditional futon bedding and therefore cannot accommodate this request.
Can extra beds be added to the guest rooms?
The LUXURY SUITE "SEIHA" and "FUKA" can accommodate up to 3 guests with an extra bed. The JAPANESE ROOM "SAWA" can also accommodate up to 3 guests with an additional Japanese futon.
Are there beverages in the guest room refrigerator?
Yes, the guest room refrigerator and minibar are stocked with beverages. Complimentary drinks include water, sparkling water, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Are there smoking rooms available?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking areas.
Are the baths in the guest rooms hot springs?
For LUXURY SUITE "SEIHA" and "FUKA", the open-air baths use natural hot spring water (guests are required to wear the bathing suits provided), while the indoor baths are not hot springs. For JAPANESE ROOM "SAWA" and WESTERN ROOM "SHOZAN", the indoor baths are not hot springs. All guests can reserve a large private hot spring bath (50 minutes) with natural hot spring water upon arrival, at no additional charge.
Are there amenities and towels in the large hot spring bath?
The large hot spring bath is equipped with various amenities and towels, so you can use it without bringing anything. The concierge desk will provide you with the key when you start using the private bath.
Is it possible to use the hot springs for a day visit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer hot spring access to non-accommodation guests.
Where are meals served?
Guests staying in the LUXURY SUITE "SEIHA" and "FUKA" can enjoy a unique dining experience on the "Water Balcony," limited to one group per day. Additionally, meals can also be served in the room. For guests staying in the JAPANESE ROOM "SAWA" and WESTERN ROOM "SHOZAN," meals are served in the dining room.
What are the meal times?
Dinner start times require advance reservations. Breakfast times will be confirmed by your butler upon check-in. For available meal times, please refer to the dining page. DINING
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you inform us in advance about any food dislikes or allergies, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. However, please understand that in cases of severe allergies for some foods, we may have limited capability to fulfill such requests.
Can you provide special meals?
We strive to accommodate special dietary requests such as low-sodium or vegetarian meals. However, please understand that accommodating very strict dietary restrictions may be difficult.
If I book multiple rooms, can we dine together
Yes, we can arrange seating for you dine together.
Can I bring my own food and drink to the restaurant?
Bringing outside food and drink into the restaurant is generally discouraged. A corkage fee of ¥4,000 per bottle (including tax) will be charged for beverages.
Is in-room dining available?
Guests staying in LUXURY SUITE "SEIHA" and "FUKA" can enjoy both dinner and breakfast in rooms. Guests staying in JAPANESE ROOM "SAWA" and WESTERN ROOM "SHOZAN" will have meals exclusively served in the dining room.
Is room service available? What are the hours?
Yes, room service offers beverages and snacks. Meals are not available. Orders can be placed from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm (last order at 9:45 pm). Please check the menu in your guest room on the day of your stay.
Can I use the restaurant without booking a room?
Yes, dinner at our Japanese restaurant "Rakuseian" welcomes non-staying guests. Online reservations are accepted. Rakuseian Online reservation
Can I have lunch in the restaurant?
Unfortunately, our restaurant is not open during lunch time.
Are children allowed to stay?
Guests aged 10 and above are allowed to stay. Guests under 10 can be accommodated only when the entire property is rented out.
How are children's accommodation charges calculated?
Guests aged under 13 are counted as children and charged an accommodation fee of ¥1,650 per person per night (including tax). Additional charges for meals and extra beds will apply. Guests aged 13 and above are counted as adults and charged the same fee.
I'm considering celebrating an anniversary or birthday. Can you provide a cake or bouquet?
Yes, we can arrange cakes and bouquet for you. [Cake] ¥3,500 (12 cm diameter fresh cream cake). [Bouquet] ¥3,000, ¥5,000, ¥7,000. We can provide numeric candles for the cake, so please let us know your preference. Bouquets can be arranged to fit your budget and flower preferences. We also offer message cards. Please make a reservation one week in advance via email.
Can I request a spa treatment?
You can enjoy treatments of "Spa by Sisley" at another our group property "FUFU Atami." Complimentary shuttle service is available for our staying guests. FUFU ATAMI SPA
Can I request a massage?
Yes, the therapist from our contracted clinic will provide massage treatments in your guest room.

What are the bar's hours?

Do you have parking available for staying guests?
Yes, we offer free parking for our staying guests.
Do you have shuttle service available from the station?
Yes, we provide shuttle service from Atami Station. Please inform us of your arrival time via email at least two days before your stay. For same-day changes, please contact us by phone.

How can I get to the hotel using public transportation?

What is the spa tax / bathing tax?
It is a tax collected by local governments for using hot springs. From age 13, a fee of ¥150 per person per night is charged.
What is the accommodation tax?
It is a tax collected by local governments when using accommodation facilities. From age 13, a fee of ¥200 per person per night is charged.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00 the next day. Some times may vary depending on your accommodation plan.
Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
We accept luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please pick up your luggage on the same day.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in is available from 14:00, and late check-out is available until 12:00. The additional fee is ¥13,200 per room per hour (including tax). Please note that availability may vary, so please consult us at the time of booking if you have any requests.
Do you provide wheelchair rentals?
Yes, we have wheelchairs available for use within the premises. Availability is limited, so please inquire when booking if you have any requests.
Is it possible to request a geisha performance?
We can arranged the geisha performance at our Japanese restaurant "Rakuseian." Please contact us in advance if you have any requests.
Can I stay with my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay. We can introduce nearby pet hotels.
