Do you have a hot spring?

We have a large bath with natural hot spring water. It could be rented for 50 minutes for each room. 

Is the bath in the guestroom used hot spring water?

The open-air baths in the guestrooms SEIHA and FUKA use hot spring water. Other rooms do not have hot spring baths.

Does the fridge in the room have drinks?

The fridge and minibar in your guest room are stocked with drinks in advance (free beverages are included).

Do you have a spa?

Guests can use “Spa by sisley” at “Atami FUFU.” We offer a shuttle service to “Atami FUFU.” Please see the spa page below for details. To the Spa Page

Is the internet available?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the lobby.

How many people can stay in one room?

There are rooms that can accommodate up to 2 people and up to 3 people.

Do you have a smoking room?

We are completely non-smoking.

I booked two rooms, can we eat together?

We could arrange for the shared-seating according to your request.

Will meals change if I stay for more than one night?

We will prepare meals different every day for your stay as much as possible.

Where are the places for dinner and breakfast?

We offer it at the “Water Balcony” for a single group of guests who are staying at the Luxury room. The Luxury Suite also offers the choice of enjoying your meal in your room or at the dining room. Meals will be offered at the dining room for guests, who are staying at the Sawa or Shozan rooms.

Can you serve meals for specific dietary needs?

We would do our best to accommodate your request according to your request in advance.
Examples: low-sodium meals, vegetarian meals, reduced-portion meals, etc.

Can I reserve the starting time of meals in advance?

You could book the starting from the following times. The dinner needs the reservation in advance. 
Dinner 18:00, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30
Breakfast 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00

How can I use the hot spring large bath?

The hot spring large bath can be used from 3:00 PM to midnight on the date of the arrival, and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day. We offer 50-minute private rentals for guests. Guests in the Sawa and Shozan rooms will have priority reservations.

Is it possible to take a day trip bath?

We are sorry that we do not accept guests for the day trip.

Can children stay at this hotel?

Our hotel uses glass as one of the main materials. We ask all our guests to be over 10 years old, due to safety concerns. 

I am thinking about booking ATAMI Kaihourou for an anniversary or a birthday. Can you provide a cake or flowers?

We can arrange for cake or flowers to be delivered. We offer a variety of options based on your budget.

Can I stay with my pet?

Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. We can recommend a pet hotel nearby.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

A free parking lot is available to guests.

Do you pick up guests at the station?

We offer shuttle services from Atami Station. Please make a shuttle reservation in advance.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

What is the "bathing tax/spa tax/onsen tax"?

This is the tax required to use the hot springs in Atami City. All guests (over age12) will each be charged ¥150 per day.

Does the hotel accept credit card payments?
